These cooking classes are designed with you in mind, whether you are starting from scratch or consider yourself a pro in the kitchen. All classes are hands-on to give each participant the opportunity to make each of the recipes. Traditional class formats involve both an introduction to meal prep, as well as a delicious meal to enjoy at the end of the class.
All menus are designed around fresh, seasonal ingredients. Recipes will always be gluten, soy and dairy free, featuring lots of organic and (when possible) local produce.
